These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rrvip platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read carefully before proceeding.
The summary below is provided for convenience only. The full legal text in each clause below takes precedence in all cases.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings derived from Wagers placed during the period of misrepresentation.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is primarily directed at English-preference players residing in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. rrvip does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in your location.
2.3 Restricted Territories. Residents of Restricted Territories are not permitted to register or wager on rrvip. If we determine that you are accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory, your Account will be suspended and any funds held will be returned to you via the original deposit method, minus any bonus credits.
2.4 Mental Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are acting in your own capacity, of sound mind, and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment. You also confirm that you are not a problem gambler who has previously self-excluded from any gambling platform.
2.5 Employees. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of rrvip are not permitted to hold a Player Account or place Wagers on the Platform.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by one individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 8.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details. You are obliged to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. rrvip will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.
3.4 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rrvip does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing; conversion fees may apply.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate closure of all accounts involved.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. rrvip is required by its international operating licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. You must complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal and may be required to complete it before certain deposit thresholds are reached.
4.2 Required Documents. KYC verification typically requires submission of the following:
4.3 Processing Time. rrvip aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take longer. You will be notified by email at each stage of the process.
4.4 Right to Suspend. rrvip reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account functionality pending the completion of KYC verification. This does not affect your right to receive funds legitimately held in your Account once verification is complete.
4.5 Ongoing Monitoring. rrvip reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme. Failure to provide updated documents within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension.
5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and will be returned to the originating payment method.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfer are typically credited within 2–10 minutes during banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically instant. rrvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, subject to completed KYC verification:
5.5 Same-Method Withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. rrvip will not process withdrawals to a different bank account or e-wallet from the one used to deposit, except in documented exceptional circumstances subject to management approval and additional KYC verification.
5.6 Withdrawal Limits. A maximum single withdrawal of Rp 500.000.000 applies. Higher amounts may be processed in tranches at rrvip's discretion following enhanced due diligence.
5.7 Dormant Account Fees. Accounts with a positive balance that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. A monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) will be deducted until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player logging in.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rrvip are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as these General Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.
6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general rule:
6.4 Bonus Abuse. rrvip employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free profit, exploiting system errors or technical glitches, and using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
6.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is 10x the original bonus amount. Winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the Account balance upon withdrawal request.
6.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. rrvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is in the process of meeting wagering requirements, any wagering already completed will be honoured; the Player will not be required to complete further wagering if the promotion is terminated by rrvip.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Wagers are subject to acceptance by rrvip. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager at our sole discretion, including where a Wager appears to be placed on the basis of insider information, where the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error, or where applicable limits have been exceeded.
7.2 Manifest Errors. In the event that odds or game outcomes are affected by a manifest technical error, rrvip reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return the corresponding stakes to Players' Accounts. This applies to software errors, data feed errors, and typographical errors in odds display.
7.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League, as well as mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are governed by rrvip's Sports Betting Rules, which are published in full on the Platform and incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice, including during a match or event. Any Wager accepted before a suspension or closure is confirmed will stand. rrvip is not responsible for any connectivity issues that prevent a Player from placing a live bet.
7.5 Casino Games. The rules governing each casino game — including RTP (Return to Player) percentages, maximum bets, and game-specific bonus rules — are displayed within the game interface and are the responsibility of the respective game studio (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming). rrvip does not independently modify these rules.
7.6 Togel & Lottery. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by the officially published results of the reference draw in each market. Any discrepancy between the Platform display and the official result will be resolved in favour of the official result.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rrvip Platform:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the rrvip Platform — including but not limited to the rrvip brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data feeds — is the property of rrvip or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. rrvip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from rrvip.
9.3 User-Submitted Content. Any content you submit to the Platform (including feedback, reviews, or support communications) grants rrvip a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content for Platform improvement and marketing purposes, subject to rrvip's Privacy Policy.
10.1 Platform Availability. rrvip aims to maintain Platform availability of 98.5% or higher on an annualised basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss resulting from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or Force Majeure events.
10.2 Betting Losses. rrvip is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of Wagers placed on the Platform. All gambling involves risk, and you accept full responsibility for any losses you sustain.
10.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rrvip shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.
10.4 Cap on Liability. Where rrvip is found to be directly liable to you by a competent court or arbitral tribunal, our total aggregate liability in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.5 Third-Party Services. rrvip is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services integrated into the Platform, including payment processors, game studios, and live data providers. Any dispute with a third-party provider must be directed to that provider directly.
11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by rrvip's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. A full copy is available at /privacy-policy.
11.2 Data Use. rrvip collects and processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
11.3 Cookies. The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, maintain session integrity, and gather anonymised analytics data. Details of the cookies used and how to manage your cookie preferences are set out in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 Commitment. rrvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. We provide a suite of self-management tools that are accessible free of charge to all Players from within the Account dashboard.
12.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players:
12.3 Age Verification. rrvip enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory KYC verification. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all legitimate deposits returned. Bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

13.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any legitimate balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
13.2 Suspension by rrvip. rrvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.3 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed by rrvip due to Prohibited Conduct, rrvip reserves the right to retain any balance as partial compensation for losses or administrative costs incurred. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Prohibited Conduct (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a jurisdiction), the full balance will be returned.
14.1 Right to Amend. rrvip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
14.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under Clause 13.1.
14.3 Version History. rrvip maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms & Conditions. Players may request access to prior versions by contacting [email protected].
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rrvip holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law.
15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact rrvip's support team at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable period — no fewer than 14 calendar days — to resolve the matter informally before escalating to formal proceedings.
15.3 Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award will be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and rrvip with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements.
